Tom has developed over 3 million square feet of manufacturing, office, warehouse and multi-family properties worth over $400 million. Tom led mergers and acquisitions for a regional industrial services firm where he originated and managed acquisitions, consolidations and facility commissioning’s building a $100 million regional industrial services group. In 2016 Mr. Murphy founded MackMurphy Holdings in Northwest Florida. In 2018 he founded Summit Real Estate Management to manage his MFR portfolio. Capital intensive project management, capital formation, deal origination, start-ups and strategic planning are among Tom’s core skill set.
Jack has worked in senior finance and accounting roles for Summit West’s Florida based affiliate Summit Real estate Management since 2019. Coming to CO from NY in 2014 Jack has worked in various management positions including most recently serving as the Controller for a large outdoor recreation equipment supplier in Vail, CO. Jack has a B.S. Accounting from CU Boulder
Jeanette was a Regional Property Manager with Hudson Real Estate in Boulder, CO for 15 years before joining Summit West in 2023. In addition to hands-on management of several major clients, Jeanette is responsible for overseeing Regional Managers and Site Managers across the entire Summit West portfolio. Jeanette is a subject matter expert in compliance of HUD-subsidized, tax credit, and conventional apartments as well as homeowner associations.
Gayle is a 30 year veteran of property management administration in the Front Range. Before joining Summit West, she worked at various companies under the Hudson umbrella. Her responsibilities include oversight of all administrative functions including IT, Customer service, human resources and vendor relations
Lynn is a 40 year veteran of real estate development and a third-generation owner / operator of the Hudson Companies. Headquartered in Boulder, CO since the 1960’s. Lynn helped build and manage hundreds of multi-family, office and retail units in some of the most prominent properties in the region. Lynn has served in virtually every senior executive capacity in real estate. In late 2023 Lynn merged Hudson Co’s into Summit West.
